  • Each applicant has to appear in person with a dully filled form REG_136Dx<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Married ladies who wish to change their names – both husband and wife must be present during the application submission at the Embassy (Bring a copy of Marriage certificate and husband’s ID)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • All in-person services will be strictly on appointment basis.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n

  • The processing of ID will take approximately 8 – 12 weeks from the date of application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • All applicants are required to bring pictures taken on a white background<\/strong>; following this dimensions 35mm x 45mm (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) (1.38×1.77 inches). You may take a 2″ x 2″ passport size picture but make sure your face appears small (fits within the 1.38×1.77 inches) dimensions.  Distance between you and the cameraman will help create this effect. sample below:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
