Certificado de Buena Conducta (Antecedentes Penales)

Requirements for Kenyan citizens:

1. A complete set of rolled and plain fingerprints taken at a local police station bearing an official stamp or taken before an Attorney and certified not photocopy or prints used in previous years.
2. Photocopy of Kenyan 2nd generation identity card if applicant is over 18 years of age.
3. If applicant is below 18 years old a certified copy of Birth Certificate.
4. Two passport size pictures (full face showing both ears)
5. An application letter.
6. The description of the applicant(download and fill application form).
7. Money order/cashier’s check for 870 Mexican Pesos payable to Embassy of The Republic of Kenya.
8. Un sobre pre-dirigido y franqueado para el retorno de sus documentos. El sobre debe tener suficiente franqueo para DHL (NB: Las estampillas de metraje y el correo regular no son aceptables).

Cuando se complete, esta solicitud debe enviarse a –

Requirements for Non Kenyan citizens:

1. A complete set of rolled and plain fingerprints which should be taken by local police official bearing an official stamp or before an Attorney and certified not photocopy or prints used in previous years.
2. Two passport size pictures (full face showing both ears).
3. Certified copy of passport.
4. Documentary prove of legal stay in Kenya.
5. An application letter.
6. The description of the applicant(download and fill application form).
7. Money order/cashier’s check for 870 Mexican Pesos payable to Embassy of The Republic of Kenya.
8. Un sobre pre-dirigido y franqueado para el retorno de sus documentos. El sobre debe tener suficiente franqueo para DHL (NB: Las estampillas de metraje y el correo regular no son aceptables).

Take note that the official taking the fingerprints should also verify the identity of the individual by noting the details of the identification documents.
